Reject Universe #58 RU58 is infinite and flat, and is an infinite suburb with infinite humans. Concenience stores like Walgreens and Walmart are dotted along the landscape, though rare as a watering hole in the desert, and serving much the same function, though with humans instead of animals. Though it is flat, it is tilted as well. Government runs by how far up you are. You rule over anyone who is south (and thus downwards) from you. Wildlife Squirrels and wild dogs are vicious, common pack predators. They typically attack when you are leaving your house, though they have been known to subdue slower bycyclists. A deadly worm that lives under manholes hunts by nights, coming out, sneaking into peoples houses, silencing them with some goo to the mouth, and then consuming them. Society Technology is somewhere around Modern RU42 in the most advanced parts. The further south, the less advanced technology is. Cars have never been invented, but computers are common Soon Enough:Reject Universe #59

Infinite suburbia... it's workable. I wonder if any of our futuristic characters will remember that their own world once looked something like this.

Reject Universe #59 RU59 consists of two infinite flat worlds. One is right-side-up and one up-side-down. The beings on the right-side-up world think that the up-side down world inhabitants, about 40 feet above them, look like they stand on their heads, and vice versa. Really, since they both have gravity, neither is really up-side down or right-side up. They both make fun of the other world. Most of the animals live on both worlds. What the inhabitants don't realize is that slowly, the worlds are getting further apart. Every million years, they move about three inches. Wildlife Many of the same wildlife as RU42 exists. Some wildlife is specially adapted, though. The Gawnbing, a giant scaled, tentacled, bat, swoops down on both worlds and attacks them, and it builds their nests in the center where it is not disturbed by the gravity of either world. The Bontick, a gigantic stick-like animal that walks on one world with one leg and the other with the other, eats dirt like worms. It migrates to avoid making too large a hole and becoming unable to walk. Society Though both worlds hate one another, generally they are only at war with one another fifty percent of the time. There is no hand to hand combat, only cannonballs and bombs. There are never any wars within each world. Nexust:Reject Universe #60

Possibly some sort of "be the diplomat between the two sides" plot could go here.

Reject Universe #60
In RU60, planets and stars live. They reproduce thus- A star is born. This star has a mind and creates its children- planets. The star emits planets. The planets can think, and speak, and produce life. Over millions of years, the life evolves, with the planet's help, into RU60 humans. The RU60 humans are mentored by the planet and go out into space, when suddenly the home planet destroys itself. A massive signal is sent from the planet to all the humans, deep in space. The humans go as far from one another as possible, until eventually each human produces a cocoon, and transforms into a tiny star, that over billions of years collects matter and becomes a large, living star. Society Humans all consider themselves to have familial relations with the planet. They are generally nicer to each other. There is no murder except by insane people, and the same can be said of rape, robbery, and other violent crimes. Next Up:Appendix.

Odd take on an old quote. For a second, I thought it would be like Mario, where everything. Has. Eyes!

Interesting Facts on RU51 An unknown substance has sealed all the libraries in RU51. Now if someone could just figure out how to get inside-not that it appears possible. Interesting Facts on RU52 RU52 humans could climb on walls as their hands are slightly sticky. Interesting Facts on RU53 Insert suspects a colleague in a joking mood was the one who gave the RU53ers ftl travel. Interesting Facts on RU54 Wan, in RU54, means "Is". Interesting Facts on RU55 Males aren't totally screwed in RU55. A rare disease that (fortunately) has not spread outside of RU55 (yet) strikes males when they are asleep. When they awake, three days later, they are female. It steals y chromosomes, and, oddly, despite being a single-celled organism, has a mind, each cell. A much rarer mutation changes female to male, but this is nearly unheard of and has only happened twice in recorded history. Interesting Facts on RU56 RU56 was destroyed by Naats, as a test. The planet with humans on it was called by the inhabitants Alderaan. It's destruction has later been inaccurately scaled down to the destruction of that single planet, and inserted into entirely otherwise fictional works. (I'm making this mistake way too much now). Interesting Facts on RU57 RU57's plight is what inspired global warming activists, through mentcracks. The only difference is that RU57's problems are real. Interesting Facts on RU58 RU58 is constantly shifting, its slope getting steeper. Noone notices due to the slow speed, however. Interesting Facts on RU59 Topgrass is white, bottomgrass black. This is one of the few inter-world differences in wildlife. Interesting Facts on RU60 Though it accomplishes absolutely nothing, as they reproduce in the way described, RU60 stars can mate with one another. NexT:Reject Universe #61

I forgot my piece on the Art of Universe Creation. To create a universe, you must go to the edge of your own universe. This is the location of Insert's Universal Creation lab. You then must fire souls at the Universal Wall, until it breaks up in that area. You must form a ring of weak points, so that you can tear off a piece of the Universal wall. You must mold it into a cup. Then, you must use chemicals to make microscopic computers and then program them. The computers react with the Universal wall to create the "rules" for your universe, such as physical laws, starting matter, etc. Now, pour the chemicals into the "cup" and weld it shut with plasma, and release it into the Space Outside Universes. It will quickly grow. Time is hot when the universe first started; time needs to cool down. Before time slowed down in our universe and started moving normally, the first several billion years passed in about six days.

Strangely simmilar to how PocGal makes their pocket galaxies. And yet another bibical reference. I don't mind, honestly. I take such a vague position in religion that nothing offends me unless it's intentionally vulgar or hateful.

Reject Universe #61 RU61 beings have no physical form. They are beings of merely sound. They hear with their own sound bodies, and feel the photons to see. But a being from another world would just hear voices. They are excellent at learning languages and can generally learn a new language within a day, though a completely alien language would probably take much longer. They can effect one another's minds merely by making the correct sounds so as to warp other's sound brains in the right way. They are rather disgusted at the concept of living matter, as they consider matter a gateway to move through. It would be like living space to us (There is living space, but more on that later). Wildlife The wild Racket, the passive Hum, and the riproaring Earthshattering Kaboom all exist. Most sounds we are familiar with are alive in RU61, and many we are not familiar with. Society Society is mostly based on whoever is the loudest. If you're a noisy enough noise, people will begin to respect you. Science never formed, though philosophy has existed for quite a long time. Reminds me vaguely of the Valley of Sound bit from the Phantom Tollbooth.
I also expect something to be rattled apart here, most likely organs.

Reject Universe #62 In RU62, on a nightly basis, all humans float upwards, and turn into an enormous gas. In the morning, the humans wake up, as completely different people, who wake up above the ground and spend the first section of this falling. They experience a different life as they are a different person. But... the next night, they float upwards again, and the next day they wake up as the originals. The two people are completely unrelated, as the gas can carry them to any part of the world. One can be a male CEO of a major corporation, while the other is a female homeless person. They know each life, but act differently in each. The worse thing that can get out is that your alternate person is bad/embarrassing/etc. Of course, a random guy in a bar doesn't exactly get hurt for having someone learn he's his universe's Bill Gates, either. When one dies, they regenerate by the following day. People only permanently die when both people die within one day. Wildlife Most wildlife has taken upon this tactic as well. Some even have different forms in each life. For instance, a highly deadly snake has developed so that its alternate looks exactly like a very cute squirrel-like species, to avoid death. Society Society is very corrupt. Voting fraud anew, such as claiming to be voting for your alternate, when in fact you are voting for someone else, and voting in each alternate, results in getting four votes when two are proper. Odd... And of course, very confusing. Also, snake-squirrels for the win! I imagine someone might take one home as a pet. And thus, ass is kicked.

Reject Universe #63 RU63 is a planet-sized, sort of curved, disk. There are many of them, floating. There are two factions, the Bubghs and the Pinz. Each wants to see the other, but they have wound up fighting a war over it. The Bubghs want to take photographs of the Pinz, distribute them among themselves, and not be photographed themselves, and vice versa. A war broke out. Each side primarily takes prisoners of war, a casualty on either side considered a loss for different reasons. Each side has different philosophies. The Pinz will avoid being photographed at nearly any cost, but will not refuse when captured. The Bubgh would rather die than be photographed and regularly commit suicide. The exact reason for the photo desire is unknown, though some reasons may include curiosity, amusement at how funny the foreigners look (to them), or perhaps some unknown reason. Wildlife A long long time ago, the Farm Act, the last treaty ever signed by both factions, destroyed all wildlife. Now the only animals are on farms, domesticated, or in other nonwild positions. The animals did not like this very much. Society The Bubgh's motto is "Live shamelessly or die", the Penz's "The means justifies the ends". Soon Soon Soon:Reject Universe #64
