The matter we wish to discuss with you is too confidential for a basic transmission, and thus we strongly request that this information be filed under the <removed> projections, in accordance with the third law of <removed>. The truth is, for the first time in our tumultous history, we actually have reason to fear.
As the projections show, a civilization's progress is fairly predictable, if not linear. Throuhg war, conflict, the supernatural, and, as is the case of Fall, idealism, empires must grow, and then eventually fall. But of course, you know all of this, having worked upon the <removed> project Yourself.
We have often used these statistics to determine the strength of our opponents, and successfully planned against their own advances in weaponry. But have you tried to turn the projections upon our own growth?
Despite no records of war, all evidence points toward many conflicts!
Despite the architect journals, all projections account for a remarkable event around the end of the Tirona wars!
Essentially, the source technology may not be our own. This I can say almost certainly. We also have reason to belive that our own sunsails may have been of "another" design.
This is the enigma of the missing military records. Basically, we have been copying technology. And based upon the <removed> projections, "They" have been copying from us too. Is there any explanation to who "They" are? Or will you claim once more that our research is flawed?
