Angalesh vs. Majaag (OMG)

Just before the bunker doors closed, and the soldiers ran in, a massive assault walker slammed into the nearby skyscrapers, toppling them. It formed two massive plasma cannons just as the doors closed. The ground in the bunker shook when the plasma waves hit the bunker doors. " Move! The doors won't hold forever! " A massive spiral staircase led down, with multiple sandbag and automated turret emplacements that would be turned on once the people got by.

Meanwhile, in the Great One's tower, a hologram of Haven District appeared. The senate had an emergency meeting called. Haven District spoke, " Jaka'Nua, we must work together to defeat this threat. You know this. Stop letting your ego get in the way of success. These arn't the old days when we were safe, the Majaag have FTL now. "

Jaka'Nua made one of the few verbal Koan sounds, a deep sound of despair and anger. " No. I will never work with the F.I.N. !!! " Haven District posed a question, " Are your people in the bunkers? " Jaka'Nua was unsure of what to say, " Yes... They are safe. Safer than your people. "

Haven laughed, " Safer? The Majaag never made it to the ground for a hundred miles around the F.I.N.! We will help you anyway, weither you want it or not. All who oppose tactical nuclear action say I. " None in the Senate could be heard. " You'll have a few mushroom clouds in your area soon. " The F.I.N. then cut communications, sent the orders to nearby F.I.N. supersonic jets, and waited for reports.

All across Polia, tactical nuclear strikes vaporized the Majaag. Foundation was hit nearly eight times, vaporizing the walkers and all nearby Majaag, including remaining infected. Haven District asked the Senate, " When will the Crusader Virus be finished? " One of the biologists said, " Not long, we've finished shape-shifting neutralization. "

In the bunker, the doors broke from the nuclear strikes, and Lash among a few other higher-up Koans were hit by the intense wave of air that flowed down.

Lash readied herself for whateve would come through that door.

"The rest of you, head further back. I'll hold them off.

[Snake]

Instead of Majaag Commons, a strange wave of Majaag blood cells began to flow down the stairs of the bunker at a high rate. It was unknown weither they were truely dead, dormant, or alive and infectious.

Learning a lesson from their first encounter, Lash formed her hand into an organic flamethrower, sweeping the burning liquid across the aproaching tide.

[Snake]

The wave soon slowed to a small trickle, dripping down the stairs. The blood itself seemed unreactive. A few bio-suit wearing Alliance Soldiers walked down from the top. One said to Lash, " The top is highly radioactive. Koans can handle it, but can you? "

[Darth Grievi]

*pause*

"Yes."

[Snake]

" Come along then. " The Soldiers led Lash back to the top. A few obviously non-Alliance biologists were examining what was left of the Majaag assault walker. Suddenly, a Common emerged from the 'wreckage'. The biologists grabbed it, held it down, and injected it with a vial of red liquid. It began to thrash about senselessly, then got up, and attempted to form a gun. The soldiers continued walking by. If Lash looked back, she saw one of the biologists hold up a pistol, and fire it into the confused Majaag's head, splatting its brain material onto the blood-soaked concrete. The body fell over, dead. An unnatural thing for Majaag.

A helicopter was waiting, and they were walking towards it.

[Darth Grievi]

"I assume you've now developed some sort of anti-shifting measure." She said a bit uneasily as she boarded the helicopter.

[Hyperion]

*Sits back and eats popcorn...

[Snake]

The soldiers took off the bio-suits, showing that they were, in fact, F.I.N. biologists. " Yes. You may assume that it works on you too, we may be forced to test that if you resist. " The other biologists boarded the helicopter, and the doors shut. The killed Majaag was dragged onboard before it took off. They began to fly towards the F.I.N. capital city, unstopped. " The tactical nukes just happened to wipe out Alliance air defense. " One of the biologists said.

Lash wanted to make a comment on her hunting them down personally should they give the technology to the Areli, but instead stayed silent through the ride.

[Snake]

Before they reached the F.I.N., Qynag was quickly notified that Lash had been 'rescued' from the Alliance, and that the helicopter carrying her would arrive soon.

Once it arrived, the biologists let Lash go, and dragged their little specimen onto a stretcher.

[Darth Grievi]

"Told you you'd come around." Qynag said when he met up with Lash in the hangar. "Now come on, I've got some data that needs your scientific mind to make sense of."

He led her back to his guest room, and began reviewing some of the terraforming information with her.
