This is how I see the realms:  The guy thats smirking and conjuring fire is a "Deita", and the black-eyed guy with a gas mask is from Nightway. Other than that, all other characters can be found on this board. |

Top Row: Err... the first fellow may just be an Otolan...
Middle Row: Avashevir, Trios and a Dischordia soldier
Bottom Row: Good 'ol Fraslemi cartographer/Kayshan (ironically the only non-magical non-human there)

You got most of it right. The top one is an Otolo. I think you mean Tiros and Disarcania soldier. There are actually four Disarcanians there, for the four subrealms. (Skyscape and Nightway are not part of Disarcania).
A lot of them are from Reyleen, and two are from Hereid, so they may be unrecognizeable. The people on the clouds are gods.
